Hey folks!

Council has cleaned up the "Weyr Rankers" page on the wiki. Some of the changes include:

Clearer lines of supervision for rankers.
The Weyrlingmaster now reports to one person instead of two, though both Weyrwoman and Weyrleader inform the training curriculum
Weyrlingstaff Assistants (riders under 16) get a little blurb.
Inclusion of Weyrseconds and Wingthirds
