Happy New Year, folks! It's time to welcome in 2018!

Do you have any goals for the new year?

Mine is to exceed however many posts I wrote for Triad this year by at least 5. So in a week after all the posts are timelined and I know how many I did, I'll post my goal ;)

Happy New Year!  (Since it's actually 2018 here!)

My goals for the New Year are to get better at my job and at Japanese, and to find more time to spend in nature

I think I over-goal at New Years. :P This year, I want to go camping more often - and have ID'ed a few weekends in the summer to run off already. (yay! ...although what we are doing is still up in the air). I want to learn more about finances - right now I basically get by on luck and a prayer, and I can do better. I want to start writing something original again. And I want to read 40 books, which is my usual new year's resolution thanks to Goodreads.

And in January I want to clean up my eating habits because December is the month of feasting and I am so full of turkey and cheese and chocolate it's obscene.

Goals:
1. Publish another story on Kindle/Nook
2. Start an online Master's degree in English (I would eventually like to teach English at the community college level)
3. Stay alive (I feel that this one is most important....)

Goals? You're supposed to have goals? I just want to get thru this year, it promises to be a busy one: my son is supposed to graduate from high school in spring (means throwing a party for the relatives). Then he needs to get to the college and he starts his military service in july too...  Poor mama is trying to figure out when her little baby boy grew up to a young man.

Alright, I see from Suzee's posting statistics that I had 240 posts last year, so this means my personal goal for this year is 250!

My goals don't seem like much. I'm not sure they even count. I just wanna contribute good things to Triad, try to keep losing weight, raise my puppy right, and try to let go of people I miss.
