Cibryen Weyr, and another one that's name escapes me its been so long.  Those ones were around 2002-2005ish if I have the dates remembered right.  I was very briefly in Fireheart Weyr around 2005 or 2006, before college forced me out of the PBEM thing.  All of them are closed now, like many of the PBEM weyr's from back then.  It takes a good community to keep one running as long as Triad or sites like Arolos.

Arolos is still around? I was there once, for maybe two days. I preferred Dark Fort, although the round robin format became annoying once I got used to full post, although it's nice to know what's going on as it happens. Anyway- I get a kick out of the darker plots.

Dark Fort is Arolos now, they merged awhile ago, one of the reasons Arolos claims to be the biggest Weyr out there I guess.  Well, on Yahoo!groups at least.  Its a pretty messy system though, compared to Triad.  You are more organized and much more friendly, no chance of being lost in the deluge.  I prefer a more community togetherness in my community.

I am actually the owner of what was FireHeart Weyr We actually just closed down earlier this year. Small world!

I remember the days when it was easy to be in about 6 groups (and I was!). Now there's only a handful left. Or if there are others I haven't found them, apart from the odd message board rp.

I have added you to my messengers. And I did reply to your reply to my email. Look forward to posting with you definitely. Triad was my first Weyr. I was a member of Arolos/DF though which is how I met Mirren and a few others. Basically the people running DF decided they didn't want to do it anymore and Arolos' people didn't want to run a separate club anymore either, so the decision was made to just close down Darkfort and give its members the chance to bring those characters into their club. Some did, some didn't.

But yeah Triad is a very old club that has gone through its share of incarnations (I know Emma/Paula/etc remember DE too). But we're still here. And we love plotting and writing and our group may be smaller now but it hasn't always been and may not always be. We just like it when good people find us!

So anyway, poke me back and we'll do some things. o.O
