Harki's birthday!

Harki has a birthday in m13! She's going to throw herself a giant birthday party.

I'll send a start post, but if anyone wants to send their character to attend -- do it! I am up for coposts (or group coposts) for the event, but it will all be framed by a starter post that has the party *starting* at Harki's weyr. Trouble welcome! Want your character to get into a fight? M13 d21 is the night! Want them to get sloppy drunk and puke on a Wingleader? Definitely a good night to do it on. Sex in a broom closet? This might be where your char got the booze to make it seem like a good idea. Coming in from another Weyr and joining in randomly? Please do!
