I'm not against the idea per se, but we have the general copost request section and people could always put a thread up there asking for a position to be filled.  It's also someplace people look somewhat frequently so it would refresh their memory.

Doesn't everybody check every forum that shows new posts, every day, sometimes twice a day, sometimes or more? ;)

There are times where I go a couple of days without checking.  Usually when life gets crazy or I'm sick. :-p

Not hugely up-to-date and not a place most people visit.  (I do, of course, which is how I knew how out-of-date it had got.)
