Graduating Weyrlings

Who decides which Wing graduating weyrlings go into?

The Weyrleader does - generally we look at what the colour distyribution is in the existing wings and try to place weyrlings accordingly.

How do we make the process start?  I think Clancey (or you, Emma?) once mentioned a graduation post.  Does it not happen unless we write one?

It helps if you write a graduation post!  You don't have to write one, though.

I've written a couple because it helps everyone have finality that they are actually graduated.  

I've done them where the Wingleaders actually go out and choose people to be in their wing, and I've done it where J'darin just looked on while the weyrlings assembled one last time.
