Harper Hall / Bonus Locations

I don't have a Harper hall character but if I did, how would these things work?

* Labelling posts DCW-HH rather than DCW.

* Marks for posts at Hold/Hall rather than posts a a Weyr.

* Posting at the Bonus Location of HH (later in the year).

I can see if it's a post about an apprentice class etc, but two harper journeymen talking over a meal?  Would that be DCW or DCW-HH?  Or a harper apprentice speaking to a weyrling dragonrider?  Are they at the Hall or Weyr?

This is mostly a 'best guess' scenario. If at least one of the characters is a member of the Harper Hall or the plot is Hall related, go ahead and label it as the Harper Hall.

If two riders are talking about singing, that would probably be a case where it is probably a Weyr post. ;)
