Weyrleader

Oh my my, what do we have here? A female Weyrleader? How impressive! As Weyrleader, you are the most powerful person on Pern next to the Weyrwoman, and you are in charge of the assignment of all fighting wings and the discipline of all riders. Your bronze mates the senior queen. Your duty is what is most important to you, and above all, you care about your Weyr. You are a very commanding person and you have a very strong presence.

However, you hold a certain finesse that makes you a popular person anyway. You choose the Wingleaders for all fighting wings, and you command every leader during Threadfall. Your strategical planning and all of those times you spend studying all hours of the night always pay off. You have a very sharp and keen mind, and you have an eye for tactics. You help the Weyrlingmaster in the training of the new dragonets and riders, and you oversee the drills for all riders. Their fitness and skill is in your hands. Blue Rider
Nothing too uncommon for a woman to ride blue, really, but that doesnt matter right now because--you've Impressed a great color! You do not have any of the worries of the higher colors, and your dragon is cool and easy-going. You might ride the smallest of the males, but your dragon is extremely agile and is an invaluable asset during Fall. You are a kind and open woman, and you love to play rough. Everyone likes you because you are a fun person, and you know how to get down and dirty when it comes to it. You are very dedicated to your work and put your entire heart into riding your dragon. You are independent and tough. For you, its all about the freedom of the open air and doing your best.
