hatching question

Would a clutch ever hatch during thread fall that the weyr the hatching ia at must fly?

I doubt it, just like queens and greens won't rise to mate when there's a Threadfall. It's innate instinct- the dragonets would probably either come out a day early or wait a day. Maybe they would hatch in the middle of the night after the Threadfall has passed, but generally I'd think no.
