Where Are the Craftmasters?

There's a danger in having a retired member with too much time on his hands to wonder about some things...

The Crafts, as outlined here, are split in two, between North and South, with Craftmasters on both continents. The Crafthalls in the Triad Weyrs territory are not the major crafthalls on the Southern continent. Each Hallmaster is subordinate to the Southern (or, for Dolphin, Printer and Technician Halls, Northern) Craftmaster of that craft.

We can be pretty sure the Northern Craftmasters are in the traditional Northern locations. My curiosity leads me to wonder exactly where the Southern Craftmasters are located. (Obviously, somewhere outside Triad Weyrs territory.)  :puzzled:

Being serious for a second (if that's possible!). The Farmcraft Hallmaster over on the DE Side is a Craftmaster.

But he's the only one.  All the others are not PC's and really don't ever enter the picture.
