New Knowledge Base

[PastMember]

As you can see by looking up, a Knowledge Base has been added to help answer any questions that people might have on different things.  Or, to help to clarify and get out information that the Conclave may have decided upon.

All members, please look through this.  It is a work in progress!  I'd like input on what sorts of things would be helpful to _you_ as members and to you and newbies!

So, please add any ideas here on this thread and we'll see about getting them added to the knowledge base.
