Response to Roll Call

Hey all,

You may have noticed that our membership list has shrunk recently. This is due to the recent Roll Call results.

As you probably know we periodically send a roll call that is mandatory for members to respond to. As we realize real life has its priority, we also know people drift away from us. As a result we find the need to 'clean the closet.'

Sometimes it's painful and we tend to put it off.  But we've gone through the last couple of roll calls and taken the following approach.

Lack of response to roll call results in a decrease in level of access.

Admin > Member > Lurker > Inactive.   

Over time this means than multiple roll calls will make someone who is not responding to them become inactive.

We did notice that a few recently active members did not respond to the last Roll Call and wanted to remind you all that this can result in loss of rank, and take you from Member to Lurker in the future.  Make sure you respond to Roll Call.

Thanks everyone for your activity and response to your co-posters.  I hope you can understand and appreciate our desire to keep the club running smoothly.
