Hello all

After some discussion, the Council and the writers of the personas at the Smithhall came to a joint decision to turn that location into an NPC location.   Since that still leaves us 3 Halls, we want to redirect our efforts to those Halls.  If anyone has any questions, please let us know, but we think its a good chance to get the activity up at our other locations!  The website should show the changes within a few days.
