Ok, I have a whole BOX full of mikan (Japanese tangerines) that I just picked from the tree...  Any ideas of what I can do with them all before they go bad???

Juice them and use them in a recipe?  Tangerine chicken?

Chicken fingers?   I make them by slicing chicken breast into strips, dipping in a honey and orange juice (from the tangerines) mixture and then breadcrumbs and either baking or shallow frying.

Juice them and make sorbet if you have a freezer

Marmalade.

Juice and mix with cream cheese to ice a cake
