Attention L1s

It's been brought to the Council's attention that some of us (and admittedly I am definitely one of them!) have not been keeping up on our required reports to the Newsletter.  This is indeed a problem that we hope to address, so we wanted to inform everyone of the new policy.  There are two changes:

1) From now on L1s cannot use their marks to buy a pass for not completing a report for the month.  We have been lenient and allowed L1s to pay for their personas reqs in months when they didn't submit a report, but from now on, whether you are LOA/LIA or not, a report must be submitted each month or you will be put on warning.  The report can be submitted by your L2, so we recommend if you know you're going to be gone that you sent a quick note to your L2 (or person of next lowest rank if there is no L2 at your location) asking them to complete a report for you.

2)  We are extending the deadline to the 7th of the month to submit the reports.  We're doing this to give the L1s extra time to catch up after the mad rush that always comes on the final day of the month.  This way you have no excuse for not getting it in!
