Quote from: "Jane"I'll have it then, if nobody else wants to buy it from you.  (I have a p/b copy but it's falling apart, but I don't want to deprive anybody who has no copy at all.  It's an essential reference, imo.)

I don't know if I should sell it to you... I feel like I'm feeding your addiction.

Oh what am I saying, of course I'll sell it to you!  If you're not in a rush give me a couple days to get to the post office and see if I can fit it in one of their global flat rate mailers.  I think it'd be cheaper than sending it regular mail, but maybe not, I'll have to ask about both ways.

BTW, I feel like I'm selling a bit of my soul over on ebay.  I'm listing most of my AM collection now, all the hardbacks, sets, collector pieces, sheet music, art, etc.  I'm keeping all my reading copies and whatnot, all that other stuff is just taking up space, and I really need the money (we might be getting a dog for the kids), but still... it feels dirty!  For anyone who wants to see what three years in my early 20's collecting habit brought me, just look at my page over the next few days, I'll be listing a few a night until it's gone *sob!* http://shop.ebay.com/merchant/aaobuttons

So I look and I see the graphic novel and I'm like...OMG!  WANT!

But then....oh then....then I see the song book.

I SEE THE SONG BOOK!

*SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH*

*sigh*

I can't afford the songbook.

*goes over and whimpers in the corner*

This songbook is much better: http://www.opland-freeman.com/dots.htm and alot cheaper!  The one I have is sort of an oddity, valuable for it's uniqueness not because it's any good.

To anyone who doesn't have the Masterharper of Pern CD or songbook I HIGHLY recommend it.  It's fantastically amazing and just completely draws you in to the world of Pern.

Ohhh, People of Pern.  It's very, very uncommon in New Zealand.

I have one but, you know, I also have that hoarding gene.

Song books and CDs **shakes head** you can't draw me into Pern via music.  Words, maps and plans.  They're my things.

Hey, if anybody else is reading this that wants that Atlas, you just say so.  I really don't want to deprive anybody who has no copy at all.  I use mine a lot (which is why it's now in kitset form).

(But Cali, if nobody else puts their hand up, just sling it in the post.  Don't make two trips.  **blushes**  Price is unimportant to me when it comes to books.)

I have both the Atlas and People of Pern.  Got those when I was single and working and didn't have children so could spend more on books! :)

Yeah, but if getting it ASAP isn't a big concern then I'd rather save you some bucks on shipping and send it as cheap as possible.  It's not a problem of stopping in, I'm going to be there off and on for the next month as I do the ebay stuff.
