Dragon physiology

Weird question maybe but...

Do dragons burp? Have bad breath (other then from firestone)?
Pass wind?

I know... I know... what a weird question to ask :blackeye:

Dragons have burped in the books.  It stands to reason with eating raw flesh and blood that the breath might smell if not washed out.  And since dragons do poo it would again stand to reason that they would pass gas on occassion, say perhaps after wherry or fish that are oily.
