Is it bad that I drove to and from the doctor's and the bank and don't remember driving half the time?

Well, I don't think anybody can remember every moment of their day, and things that are just ordinary do fade first but if you think you were less than perfectly aware of what you were doing at the time, then yes, you need to get it checked.

I think I was on automatic pilot.  All of a sudden I realised I was almost home and I was like 'dang...I had no idea I had driven this far'.
