February Crayons; ONPCs and Adoptions

I have two questions as I'm getting ready for the February round of Crayons:

1) Are ONPCs with persona sheets still eligible for the Favourite NPC category?

2) Where will we be nominating characters who have been recently adopted?  Will they be listed under Favourite New Persona or will they be eligible for the 'old' Persona categories (Favourite, Most Intriguing).

I'm just checking with our mighty webmonkey, Jane, but the Crayon Awards haven't changed other than the two category names and the dates a little bit.

EDIT:

According to our wonderful WebMonkey:

Adopted personas will only show up in the "old" categories.   So if someone is writing for and adopted persona,  it will not show up as "new" on our sheets.   But they are still eligible to be nominated like any persona.

NPCs only show up if they don't have a persona sheet, so no ONPCs will show up on the database.
