Locations

I don't usually plan for sona's to be in a certain location, but I seem to have a large concentration in the DCW area (2 DH, 1HH, 2DCW).  I've made several sonas to help others in storylines, but alot of times those fall through and then I have them all alone with nothing to do (aka S'rak).  I'd like to get one everywhere so I can help people with posts, but I haven't found the right plot of thought of the right character for those places yet.
