Problem-Solving...

I've encountered a few problems, and I'd like to take suggestions from the audience  :D

First: My villain isn't really a villain, just a guy having severe identity issues (see plot summary in Plots thread...). Basically he's fallen in with a bigger criminal who is using him to attack people who might be able to stop him. I've got the attacker figured out, but I'm having a problem figuring out the other criminal's angle. Robbery? Assasination?

Second: I need an unusual, but believable allergy to incapacitate someone.

Third: The hero frequents a series of fantasy realm bars and taverns (also a few restauraunts). I need names!

Suggestions?

To address your first point.. well, I'm confused. :) Without reading your story I'm not sure whose criminal career you need to flesh out. The mega-boss or the mini-villian that's not really a bad guy?

The second point: Allergies that can incapacitate someone... an allergy to nuts? That's what I have. Peanuts - maybe so severe they cant' even smell them. Or asthma, or dogs (or any sort of animal - if they get around them their eyes swell up and they can't see and have trouble breathing?) Dust, maybe... an allergy to shellfish, or a certain type of flower pollen, or to turpentine from paints...?

The third point - your best bet is Seventh Sanctum's tavern namer! http://seventhsanctum.com/generate.php?Genname=tavernname Otherwise... The Basement, the Attic, the Suede Lounge, Red Light Bar, Highlevel Diner, Mosaic's, Cafe de Ville, Rocky River Eatery... those are all places I've been to or seen around here. :)

Sorry... I need to stop posting when I'm falling asleep. I should have checked to make that more intelligible. What I meant is that I have two villains. The visible one that does the actual attacking the hero and heroine I already have figured out. But the attacker is tricked into working for another criminal who sees the first villain (the attacker) as a means to commit crimes of a better paying variety than ... (fill in the blank, this is where my brain died and what I meant when I asked for help  :) )

Turpentine! I never would have thought of that, and that's perfect! And that is a really cool generator, and I really liked The Highlevel Diner. It works perfectly for a tree top eatery.

Thanks!
