I would like to take one of my NPCs and make him a persona. Do I just go to the join frorm and fill it out or not? I thought I would ask before i did.  (His name is Latrey and he is Karaya's brother.)

Unfortunately, April, while under mentorship, you can only have three personas.  You have those three already, Nocte, Zial, and Karaya.  So, for now, you can't create any further PC's.  Sorry about that!  :(
