Our goal is to have a response to you within a week. Most of the members of the Persona Approval (PA) Team have several other administration duties as well as their own posts with members that need to be replied to. We would ask that you not send the PA team e-mails asking them if your persona sheet has been processed until at least a week has past. After a week, feel free to send the PA a polite inquiry.
