NPCs (NPCs)
NPCs are usually one story characters.
NPCs cannot be devised just as basically unapproved PC personas. They are extras, not personas in their own right. They should not be used when there are PC personas available to post with.

- NPCs can be written by ANY member of the club.
- A persona sheet is not required for an NPC.
- An NPC can only be written 3 times each quarter (between crayon awards) Exception exists for long posts that are broken up into multiple parts but are part of the same 'event.'
