Seaweeds

Healer use: Seaweed is boiled for the juice in the stalk, and used as a preventative for bone ailments.

Cooking use: It is used to make balls of a sweet that can be chewed for candlemarks. The sweet is flavored with purple grass seed. Leaves can be wrapped around meat to allow it to slow cook.
