- Weyrleaders or Weyrwomen depending on the Weyr
- Hallmasters
- Lord Holders
Responsibilities
- Work-related co-posts with underlings are _strongly_ encouraged. Level Ones cannot refuse to co-post with anyone at their location without good reason if not LOA/LIA. Co-post content can be denied, but an alternative storyline must be proposed if a Level One turns down an initial co-post due to content suggested. This includes any storyline that would be out of canon for the club, or out of character for the persona as the writer sees their personality.
- Level Ones receive a copy of each new persona sheet via email when it is uploaded to the website. The Level One should email the writer, even if they have existing personas in the location, to welcome the new persona and offer to co-post, within one week of notification.
- Personalized information regarding that persona's role at the location should be included in the welcome email, not just links to online FAQs.
- Co-approve members for all new Level Two, Three, Four, and Five rankers for the location (additional Council approval may be needed). Openings in ranks at each location are under the Level One's responsibility to recruit members to fill the ranks.
- Coordinate all location-wide storylines, such as Gathers or dangerous Threadfalls.
- Approving all deaths at the location.
- Hallmasters must approve all promotions within their craft (even for those not stationed at the Hall).*
Posting Requirements
- L1 characters should be posted with at least once every 3 OOC months
- Reports are the documents that show up on the Triad Newsletter. It's a general summarization of the activity in your area for the last month. The L1 may delegate this report activity to another willing L2 or L3 at their location. However, the report is still the responsibility of the Level One. If a report is not submitted in a timely manner, then a warning can be issued. Three warnings in any six-month period for REPORTS may result in rank-loss.
- Once a warning has been issued, the member will be considered on probation. During probation, the member will not be allowed to create or adopt any new personas and the member cannot create NPC’s for any storyline that falls outside of the L1’s territory. It takes two months of meeting req’s to be taken off of probation. If during that time the member fails to make req’s again, the two-month probation period will start over.
Restrictions
- Members are limited to two (2) Level One ranks in the Triad Timeline. Members may not have more than one Weyrleader or Lord Holder. Members may not have two Level Ones at the same Hold/Hall combination location (example, having the Lord Holder and the Vintner Hallmaster, both at Amber Hills Hold).
- Special Note: A member may only have one Weyrleader -OR- one Weyrwoman (L2 rank), not one of each, anywhere in the Triad Timeline.
