I've seen those-but not the dragon ones. They call them kid leashes here. Strap em to the back of the kid and hold on to the strap part and your kid can't go far. Almost essential in a themepark unless you're strollering.
No, those aren't the same thing - these weren't the sort of thing you'd take out of the house or garden, they were pretty big.

I think I am confused then. It says the Dragon is made to fit over any outfit... Is it like a backpack? Or how do you wear it?
The kids put their legs inside it - haven't you ever seen those comedies where the comedian appears to be riding something and has their 'fake' legs visible? This is big enough for a 5 year old to put their legs in and actually pretend to be the dragon as they run round the house/garden
