What are some reasons a brownrider might be transferred to other Weyrs if they aren't the troublemaking sort?
Crafter Weyrmate is promoted and given a transfer?
Promoted as potential Wingsecond/Weyrlingmaster's second/Weyrlingmaster/Acting Wingleader - acting Wingleader is only temporary but he'd decide to stay?
He's a dragonhealer and moves as Weyr Dragonhealer or to study for his mastery?
Or just wanting change of scenery? Relative in other Weyr is seriously injured?
Could I get away with saying Windswept Islands Weyr had a rescue operations wing for a while that called for transfers/volunteers from other Weyrs?
