Posting this here because not everyone is a member of the VH forum. I was wondering if anyone felt like doing a post with the ceremony instating Rayan as the Hallmaster of the VH. I don't have much to go on as to what that would be like so a little help would be awesome. Also there would be celebrations, so a good reason maybe to try out some fun NPC's maybe?
In the area I have the appy and Chupsin at the Hold.
Dunno what an appy could do but he'd be glad to attend and pinch some sweets maybe.
I'd be happy to npc anyone you'd like.

We could do something like what happened at Harper Hall. I'm assuming there would be a Harper involved in the ceremony. Either from Amber Hills or sent by Harper Hall. Perhaps we could even convince the new Hallmaster Vestian to come!
