The end of December is stuffed full of holidays. So -- Happy Christmas to all of you, especially our European friends because I think it's probably tomorrow there. :P I hope that there's smiles, lots of food, and a Christmas miracle or two for those of you who could use one.

Mine was lovely. All my kids came over for breakfast Christmas morning and I made swedish pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream.
It was so yummy and fun to have everyone there. My grandson Simon was a crackup. Anyway, it was a wonderful family time and I could feel my dad there with us.
heh swedish pancakes....aka crepes. You go to sweden and ask for pancakes and they look at you crazy. because pankake doesnt equate to american pancakes.
Johan didnt even know what buttermilk was. sigh
Anyway, christmas was fun. We played cards and watched TV and ate food and I opened up a Keurig coffeemaker even though I dont drink coffee or tea so now I have an expensive useless machine all because my mother wanted something to make her coffee with when she visited.
