Any of my RBW personas are willing to meet her. Uetia, for instance is U'das' niece and arrived after her retirement. Tamah was Harbour Master on Tsaera's era, (they even might have a history ;) L'ris is weyrbrat, Tsaera might have know him since he was little boy, B'jon is jr weyrling and of course we already have something going on for U'das and Lenala.
Bahji could meet her and Eirlira could try to ingratiate herself. :)
