Senior Weyrwoman
Well, you aren't breaking any gender rules, but you certainly have achieved quite some goal! You are the Senior Weyrwoman, the most powerful woman in your Weyr. Next to the Weyrleader, you are the most powerful person on all Pern. You are responsible for the care of your entire Weyr's population, from the stocking of the food in the lower caverns to the fostering and assignments of the Weyr's non-riders. You ride the senior queen, which is the most powerful dragon in the Weyr. Any dragon will listen to the senior gold, even against the wishes of their riders. Aside from the rider's training and the wing assignments, which is the Weyrleader's responsibility, everything is up to you. At times your life is not so glamorous, as you have so much weight on your shoulders, but the feeling of so many lives in your hands gives you the drive to perform your duties with upmost care and diligence. You are strong, independent, and very able. You lead the Queen's wing during Threadfall using flamethrowers and catch everything the upper wings might have missed.
