Lady Benani is inviting all the occupants of Amber Hills and it's tributary holds. Also Dragons Fall Weyrleaders and riders to join in the Turns End Feast. Any Harpers who would like to participate are also welcome!

Feast and Dancing! Don't have a persona there? Bring an NPC!
