You learn something new everyday and this is what I recently learned:
dolphins mature at the age of 12-15 years, their childhood is almost as long as humans.
So, those of you who have dolphineering sonas, better check your partner-dolphins age! :study:
ooooo I did not know that! They're starting a new "swim with dolphins" program near my town. I would love to check it out sometime!
Not to stick a nail in the works, but before you do, try to watch the documentrary 'The Cove.' It's about where most of the dolphins in captivaty come from. And make sure you've got loads of hankies with you.
