I want to make an ad for http://theweyrsofpern.proboards.com/index.cgi (http://theweyrsofpern.proboards.com/index.cgi) I saw a comment in their chat box which makes me think that we'd get some new people by advertising there.
But they require that we put a link or banner for them on our site in return. Since I can't find a page of such links and banners, I'm assuming that we don't do that sort of thing? Or do we and I just fail at finding things? LOL
Also, does anyone have more suggestions of where to advertise? I wanna look them over while I'm writing my advertisements up to make em nicely competitive. :alien:
(eta: Disclaimer: Of course, any ads I write would be sent to the Council for approval before posting anywhere - so I get full marks for it! :cheers: )

i can make a banner.... but yeah id ask and such.
as far as adverts there are plenty of pbem game listing sites, mccaffrey sites... we used to have weyrplug but i think that shut down. things like that. cali and I do adverting at DragonCon when we go...
I saw this and would have replied but I honestly know nothing about our advertising. I do know, though, that we have no links page. I don't remember why that is, but I can find out if you like. I'm sure historian Bree knows ;) But for now I'd say that we don't link to other sites.
