I got into Graduate school for real now! There have been all sorts of problems and speedbumps to go over, but I am now starting the certification program to become a Certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired. I have 3 classes this summer and will have some in the fall and spring of nexy school year.
Now all I have to do is find a job for the upcoming school year. I have a possible interview with an area district and am putting out letters of interest for more. I thought that I would get to stay on in my district, but they have contracted the position meaning that it wouldn't be full time. I need it to be full time for insurance purposes.
I am so excited and nervous about starting school again. It's been about six years since I went to school.
Congratulations! I hope you can find a full time position soon!
Yay for grad school! Best wishes for finding a job!
Cogratulations and good luck with the job hunting!
Congratulations!
Thanks guys.
I got an email from one district telling me that they would be emailing me to set up a time to come in and talk with them. It's a district that I really want to work in, so I hope it won't be long before I can go interview. Especially since I have so many ARD meetings scheduled between now and the end of school.
