Okay so, on monday this guy decides to walk into our city hall here in pewaukee. He then locks himself in the bathroom and shoves a piece of paper under the door that says he has a bomb. The police then spend two and half hours trying to talk him out. After a couple of hairy moments they finnaly get him out. They take him to a garage that is part of the building to asses the bomb. Luckily it wasn't an active bomb. He is now in jail.
That's not the bad part.
This morning a reporter knocks on our door asking how much we know our neighbors. We live in an apartment. He then tells us that the guy in the above situation is the guy who lives in the apartment straight across from us. He is a 26 year old man that lives with his mom. He told people that he was doing it because angelic entities told him too.
Now they haven't lived there for long. Maybe three months at the most. We don't know them well but it now has us nervous. I didn't know I lived across the hall from people like that. I have a little girl. This makes me a little scared to tell the truth.
Oh wow...I'd be scared too!
Whew, it's scary. There's crazy people everywhere.
Maaan... all I hear about are the crazies lately. :( There was a really awful incident that just happened here that I will NOT go into (the BF yelled at me for telling him when I needed to vent about it yesteray), but the thing to remember is that crazies are... random, and very very rare. *hugs* And he's been caught and can't hurt you or your girl. Be brave!
yeah apparently its the full moon. In the nearest city (45 mins drive away), some guy walked into a church and started shooting simply because they're known for being liberal a few weeks ago. It made national news so I'm sure you may know what I'm referring to.
*sigh* makes me wonder when i go to church on sunday mornings.. and there was the kid in my aunts hometown (2 hrs drive away) who shot the administrators at his school and killed two of them i think..
Anyway enough of that. Everyone is a little weird, most have secrets. People do stupid things. Just take care of you! After all, you can't control everyone else, their upbringings, their mental states, etc. Don't even try to or worry about doing so cause it'll get you nowhere and ruin your quality of life.
