Let's see.. the first time I joined Triad was seven years ago. I met Emma, who I've kept in touch with since then, Paula the Finn, Roxanne, Julia (who I still talk to), and so many other people. Lexy was my first mentor. Well after some time, I left. Then I joined again three years ago thanks to Emma and Dana helped me through mentorship.
Due to constantly moving and a lot of other things, I went inactive for some time. (Okay a LONG time) Well since I'm settled now and I left alot of the other clubs I was in, I am once again going to devote my time to my first EVER Pern PBEM club. Heh...
So I'm 23. I live in East Tennessee. After living in Europe for half a year, I'm trying to get a job at home and get a place to live on my own and all of that. I want a puppy of my own too.
So I don't know what else to write but anyway. Goodnight people!

Ahh the good ole days... when we had Jens and Jenns and Chelle's And Shelly's and Michelles... and two Beths and Two Ems! I haven't kept in touch with Julia, but she was my most excellent mentor... how is she!? :)
I have to say I love when people come back.. I wonder if Triad has some kind of record on how many people go and come through our lovely Pern doors?

Thanks for the warm welcome. Julia's fine. She's in grad school up in Louisville, Kentucky. I'm planning someday to make the 5 hour drive or meet her halfway. :)
Oh and Paula, I was living in northern Sweden for five months, then southern Sweden for three so I wasn't so far from you haha. One of these days I'm going to visit my friend Maarit in Oulu.

Yes, I know, umlats are the way it's supposed to be spelled. I was feeling lazy. :)
Besides, the umlats were probably removed when they came to the States ;)
I found out my Swedish ancesors had the name Norberg, which is supposedly one of the most common family names in Sweden! Good luck tracing that one back then...
Since my American keyboard makes it hard to do the extra letters.. I'm going to do it the lazy way myself...

And the truth of the matter is, when I was there the first time, I met a guy. And over two years hes become my best friend and well.. I love him. But I have to wait for him to finish school and sort himself out. In the meantime, Im working on getting myself a life here.
