After I tried to log into the forum third time with a wrong password I came to the conclusion that I have too many of them: One for the forum and Triad-mail + the webpages. One for the Gmail. And one for the work computer that needs to be changed after every fourth week.
How do you remember your passwords and where to use it?
(Not to mention PIN-codes, Ugh. Bankcards, telephones, everything needs a code or password these days.)
lol, I don't, that's why I like the places that allow 5 attempts!
I would tell you, but it would make it easier for people who were trying to guess my passwords to do so :-). Even implying that there is some piece of information that would do so is useful information in breaking my passwords.
Which password I use is relative to what I'm trying to get into. For example, all my Triad stuff has the same password, which no one could guess unless they spoke Japanese, knew my lifestyle, and had lived in this particular town more than 3 years like I have. Pretty much all my other stuff has another password, that again, you would have to have known me during the last 8 years and speak Japanese.
As far as my bank pin, its a four letter word, and again, you'd have to have known me pretty well in college and be Japanese to get it.
Making passwords in another language really helps XD
Well, I know some Japanese. I'm part of the way there?
I have several passwords that are pretty secure that I use over and over again. The ones that are the most 'secure' are the ones I use for my really important stuff (like Credit card, etc). The ones that are secure but maybe not as much as the others I use for email, logging onto my computer, etc. :)
