My favorite kind of cake is carrot cake with raisins baked in and cream cheese frosting. Yum! I can't get that here :(
But this year my friends bought me a mocha icecream cake from 31 Flavors! That was really good too!

Fave cake? Vanilla with whatever frosting I can come up with. This week strawberry and blueberry frosting on cupcakes for my daughters friends Birthday as she likes the colours red and blue. ;)

When I wake up tomorrow afternoon will have to go look for a recipe for cream cheese frosting - haven't made that type yet - should imagine it'd be less calories than buttercream??

Favourite cake - Christmas cake. But that's okay, my birthday is in December.
I'm trying to think what I was doing at 34 ... 1998. My husband was just left the Air Force and we were living in the same house for the first time since 1993. Yeah, 34 was good to me! I hope it's as good to you, too.

Well, I'm lactose intolerant, so I have to make my own cakes from scratch now. I like a pound cake with pure cocoa powder (lactose freeeee) and a chocolatey icing. I USED to love carrot cake, though! I can't find a recipe without some traces of milk though :(

I know it looks like its been topped with playdough - but I swear its buttercream frosting - tastes delicious - and yes its chocolate cake beneath!
