My last two weeks have been absolutely insane!!!!! But today was the final day of my contract with the public schools (until next contract in September)! I'm taking a deep breath, actually reading through the forums which I haven't done in days and having a beer!
It's funny, my contract in the outpatient clinic starts next week and it is not like I'm having some huge break, but still having one thing done and moving to the next just feels great!
Just had to share, because I'm feeling very happy! :drunken:
Congrats, Ainsley!! :)
Way to go! I'd raise a glass of beer for you, but I'm still at school and the other teachers would either look at me enviously or with fear in their eyes. So I and my coffee salute you! :coffee:

Thank you! And I have to say, I got laughed at today because of my coffee salutes. End of year lunch/meeting and I went through five cups of coffee and some people found that rather amusing. I don't exactly know why...It isn't like they had known about the 2+ pots of coffee I'd had in the A.M.

Dang! You go through coffee like a Washingtonian... OMG! You're from the Pacific Northwest aren't you!!! You've gotta be! *runs to check your sheet*
Born in Puyallup!
My mother was born in Bremerton!
My father was born in Richland!
I was born in Olympia and raised mostly in Spokane!
Well that's kind of funny! Spent some of my childhood in a very little town - LaCrosse - which is not far from Spokane. We did day trips to Spokane. Closer to Colfax...or Pullman. My husband went to school in Moscow, ID.
I've heard of LaCrosse. And of course I know Pullman (I'm definitely a Wazzu Cougars fan :cat: ). Man, its been a while since I've met someone from the Inland Empire :D
Its a small world :)
Congratulations Ainsley. Isn't it nice to have a break between projects?
Congrats, Ainsley!
YAY! Congrats, Ainsley! Sounds like fun, having the summer off.... *g* I'm envious!
And sorry, I can't do the coffee-toast thing. I am a born and bred tea drinker. :P Teeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..........
