I know, I know. It's sacrilegious to even THINK that one might spend time elsewhere on the web! But we all do. And right now I'm sitting at work trying to think of ways to waste my lunch hour. Help me out, here!
What are the sites that you lurk around like a crazy stalker?
Post Secret (http://www.postsecret.blogspot.com) has to be one of my favourites. It's a pity it only updates once a week. And it's one of the worst kept secrets on the web. ;) Not work safe this week, though.
Popomundo (http://www.popomundo.com/common/index.html) is one heck of an addictive game! ...even if it's changed drastically (and not always for the better) since Beta Testing, when I first joined, it's still worth checking out. I'm in a rock band. I even used to be great! :P
Heartless Bitches International (http://www.heartless-bitches.com) is less about bashing the catty awfulness of women than celebrating the wonderful kick-in-the-pants that brutal honesty and a dose of reality brings. It's great for when I'm feeling wishy-washy, and some of the rants are hilarious- and hilariously true!
McSweeney's (http://www.mcsweeneys.net/) has anything and everything a chap's mind can unload.
And finally, there's Brass Goggles (http://www.brassgoggles.co.uk/brassgoggles/), which is a phantasmagorical journey through the seamy- and steamy- underbelly of steampunk. I am amazed what people are able to create out of cogs and brass! ...and some of the mods... I want a CD compatable gramophone. :geek:
I'm very addicted to Deviant Art. I check my page at least twice a day. There are a lot of things I'm watching.
"When the Mask Comes Off"'s sequel Conquest is one of the big things. WMTCO (as its called in the fanverse) is a very well written Zutara (Zuko-Katara) Avatar: last Airbender fan fiction by Lady-Rai-Frost. If you like watching that show (or even if you don't) go check it out. Its very good.
I'm watching a few comics my friends are doing as well as LOTS of people in general because they're such amazing aritists.
But other than Deviant Art and some book websites I check for updates on the next book (Shur'tugal for Eragon, The Leaky Cauldron for Harry Potter, The Maximum Ride website for Max Ride, etc.), there isn't much else.

I have a set circuit around my favourite places; four book buying sites (Fishpond, Book Closeouts, eBay, and TradeMe), then LiveJournal, then Triad. I visit them four or five times a day. That's it.
