Post by: Bree on November 03, 2006, 09:43:30 AM
C'mon, you know you want to.

I don't. I'm only at 1500! :O

1500 words / 4 days = 375

375 words x 30 days = 11250

Go faster, Bree!  Go faster!

 :P

Actually I have a firefox plugin that takes my current word count and calculates a prediction (down to the HOUR!) of how many words I'll write before the end of November.

Right now: 13,000 ;)

I'm SLOW!

But on the other hand... I think I've written 50,000 lines of code? :p

Don't feel bad Bree :)

I've only got 825 at the moment -of course that is from only an hour worth of writing, since I've been to busy to actually do much because of school work.

I'LL CATCH YOU YET!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, 2,634 now! I wrote some words this morning! :D

My predicted word count is still only up to 21,800 though.

Well done, all.  Is it 50,000 you are going for?

1900 or so. I haven't written anything today, nor did I write yesterday. Oh motivation, where did you go to! Maybe I'll write some stuff now.... or I could watch Walk the Line.

Man, that's a tough call.

Still at 7 thousand...stupid homework. Tempted to forget my essay and defend myself to my English teacher with NaNo...but I bet that won't go over well.

Sad, but true.

Still, 7000 words is a nice big total!

4,125 I'm trying to do a thousand a night until my cost-finding project is done, but after next week LOOK OUT!

12,600 right now. I'm hoping I can increase that more tomorrow, but I don't know if my luck will be that good. I'm hoping so!

How are you NaNos going?  Avril's winning unless you others declare yourselves.

Don't let the middle of the month slow down get to you ...  Stop worrying about spelling and write, wright, right!

  :D

I'm catching up **reminds self to update nano profile**, despite having a horrendous project due tomorrow! (multi-tasking a novel and a project probably isn't the best way to be doing this, but it beats killing someone out of stress)

9,600 and counting!

13,050 words. Unfortunately, I have 2 4-page essays due, one tomorrow and one on Friday. *squeak of distress*

I'm glad to hear everyone's doing so well! Heeeeey, do we get to see each others' works yet? As soon as the boy fixes his webserver, I'm gonna post what I have so far here. :D

lol - I am doing swimmingly at 2400 words! *snerk*

In consolation, I've also been writing a fairy tale for a friend, and doing a whole bunch of pbem writing. So I don't feel TOO lazy. But still.

Maybe I'll break 5000 before the end of the month. ;)

Anyone still hard at this?

Perhaps you're too busy to give us updates ...

... or have retired from the game and don't want to mention it.

Come on, you know you can tell us anything!  :D

You definitely won! I'm at about 16,500 when I ended. Glad someone did so well though. :)

I have totally forgotten! I think I uninstalled it when I reconfigured my system and now I don't even remember where I got it!

I think it's broken anyway because it said I'd write 13000 words before the end of November, and here it is April and I'm only at 9,000. :D

I made my 50,000!
I have four certificates hanging on my wall -- had a printer glitch and didn't manage to print out the one for the first year or I'd have 5.

Was gonna say, you always made the 50,000.

I'd only ever make that if I typed gobbledegook...LOL
