Bear with me here.
I started off looking at River Bluff Weyr - you know, I had to start in one location and once (in the dim, dark past) I had characters at Dragonsfall Weyr so somewhere different would be nice. And because it's easier to concentrate on one place at a time when trying to get up to speed in a new club I did all my research there. Learned everything I could about the location.
Then Eimi advertised for an NPC for a post at Dragonsfall Weyr - so I undertook a crash course on that location.
And finally, almost accidentally, I clicked on the map of Dolphin Cove Weyr. How beautiful is that? Traditional shape + beach setting + pleasant tropical weather? I don't just want to post there - I want to move there!
Now, I have yet to have a persona approved, and that one will be at River Bluff Weyr, but one day I'll be joining you folks at Dolphin Cove Weyr. Got any suggestions for who I should be planning to make?
Well... the Harper Hall is at Dolphin Cove Weyr and we need more people and let me tell you, there are TONS of opportunities for fun posts and plotting there.... 8)
Oh yes with pregnant greenriders, emotionally unstable weyrwomen, cheating wives, and so much more, why wouldn't you want to post at Dolphin Cove. That one of the reasons why I chose it for my first (and inadvertently my second) character.
I'm still dangling the Dolphin Hall in front of you  And you don't need to be a dolphineer to be at the Hall, we need support staff of ALL kinds!
Ohhh! Support staff. I love support staff. I shall work on that, then.

OMG *hugs*   I promise you all the evil plots you want! :P
Noooo! I am a conscientious objector when it comes to Evil Armies (no toaster for me!). <g> I shall need ordinary plots not evil ones.
:D The only army I have at the moment is the one I'm raising of candidates to take over RBW.
If evil isn't your cup of tea... I also enjoy the sinister, nefarious, bawdy, lusty, silly, sarcastic, humdrum, technical, _and_ the occasional ordinary plot. So you can have your pick of all those too! :P 8)

Now I'm spoiled for choice. <g>
I try. :flower: :angel13: :bunny:
Hey! Did I hear someone DISRESPECTING my toaster in here?
I tell you, I work hard to hand out toasters! :D
My evil army generals tend to rebel and start their own evil armies, though, so you know... we're more of an axis of formerly evil allies.
With toasters.
That's right. I started a counter rebellion. Because Bree never gave me my TOASTER!!!
I never got a toaster either... I think it's false advertising. *sulks*
You migh like to consider Emerald Falls Hold. A beautiful inland hold with crazy Lord Holder and a Steward who is plotting to replace him.
Candidates and or Weyrlings are always fun too! We have fun with our little dragonettes or dreaming of having them! So come on down to the best Weyr out there, DCW!!!
