Does the Walking the Tables scene from Dragonsinger (Menolly making journeyman) apply to all Halls or is that a Harper hall tradition only?

I imagine each Hall has their own traditions when it comes to promotions, though 'walking the tables' has become a common enough phrase for promotion to journeymen in Triad. The best thing to do is to check with the Hallmaster to see what they think, if possible. :) Some may have decided that their Halls have specific traditions.
