So if my persona has lived in Dolphin Hold her whole life but comes into play as a candidate for the next hatching at DCW then what is her Job/title? An apprentice Dolphineer?

Where did you want her to be from?
If you wanted her to be from the Dolphin Hall, she would still be an apprentice dolphineer by rank until she Impressed. She'd probably be able to continue training in her craft, but she'd also have to attend classes and do chores with the other Candidates.
Sorry about that. I'm still having trouble with all the names. But yes I would like her to come from Dolphin Hall. So its good that I know what she would be doing in case she doesn't get a life-mayte at the impression at Dolphin Cove Weyr. Thanks!
