With Nici (my mentor) on LIA, I was just wondering what I should do. Is there somebody else I could send my posts to, so they can be approved?
I'm pretty sure Nici is back from her LIA as that was posted sometime last month. But, continue to send them in to her unless she tells you otherwise. :)

I've been back from LIA for a while! LOL...I thought I'd even approved a couple of your posts since that LIA was posted back in August...and I know I've got a couple to approve in my inbox now.

PS: LIA's should indicate (and I'm pretty sure mine did) that mail will still be answered, just not immediately. Only in an LOA situation would I give someone else my mentee's, and then I'd always let everyone involved know. That's SOP--standard operating procedure *g* (not to mention polite! lol)
