V'karel (https://www.triadweyrs.org/persona.php?ps_id=1339) has arrived at Dragonsfall to take up the position of Weyrsecond, and I'm looking for posts for him!

His first job is to review the wings and their leadership, so he'd be going around getting to know both leaders and riders and chatting to them informally about what they think about their Wing - performance in Fall, leadership, drills, discipline... mainly the more senior and experienced riders, but not exclusively. If you ever wanted your character to show off their pride in their Wing, have a moan about their superiors, complain that Alpine Wing has too many parties or just get the gossip on what K'valdran was like when he was 10, now is your chance.

Also, he Impressed and trained at Dragonsfall, leaving in the last Turns of the Interval to help open up Fort Weyr - so anyone who was around at that time, including other members of the legacy riders class, might have some past history with him.
