Just wanted to drop a few lines introducing myself.
I'm Iluva. I've been in the fandom for about two decades. Every seven years or so there's a club I can't resist joining and considering I last wrote in 2017 I'm almost overdue ;) (and more than a little rusty).
I live in snowy Northern Canada, been a big Pern fan for what feels like forever. Sia got me into reading the books when I was 13 and Sia got me interested in Triad at 33-- blame her as you see fit.
All that being said I'm super excited to be here and looking forward to writing with everyone. I have an itch that only Pern can scratch and it's great to be among people who understand. I've got most of a brownrider written up (probably for DFW?) and plenty of info to digest, but am more than happy to explore various plots, character ideas, and/or relations with y'all. Weyrs are typically 'weyr' I gravitate, though it wouldn't be the worst to tease out some Halls/Holds considering how many great options there are here!

At DFW I have friendly bluerider K'mai who will talk (and flirt) with anyone.
Hold and Hall folk would be great! We have an ongoing anti-Weyr plot in the Emerald Falls area that has plenty of room for villains, heroes, and people caught between!
