We'd like to start nominations for naming the new Weyr/Weyrhold. Please nominate below any name that you might like to put before "Lake." We will then have a club vote to assign the final name for the new Weyr!
Example: XXX Lake Weyr(Weyrhold)
Put your thinking caps on and Enjoy!

(Prize to be determined)
Garnet Lake Weyr
Or
Rowan Lake Weyr
Larch Lake Weyr
Larch is a kind of pine tree native to the Americas. It's one of the few 'evergreens' that is actually deciduous." Since there are lots of Pines on Pern... Larch could be one of the species.
1. Caprock Lake Weyr
2. Crater Lake Weyr
3. Fallow Lake Weyr
4. Moor Lake Weyr
That's all I got :) We might have to do an initial vote to narrow all of the suggestions down?
I'm thinking about what the geography of it looks like:
Cove Lake Weyrhold, if it's a cliff in a semi-circular cove running down to the beach.
Terrace Lake Weyrhold, if it's one of those neat terraced cliffs/mountains, like the rice paddy terraces in China.
A map where the location is pinpointed would be helpful.
Mountain Lake Weyr
Dragon Lake Weyr
Crystal Lake Weyr
Barrier Lake Weyr
Snow Lake Weyr
Mirror Lake Weyr
... I could keep going and going
No one answered my question in the chat box but based on everyone giving multiple suggestions, I'm just going to assume that I can enter as many times as I want as long as it's in the same post. So if I think of another one besides these, I'll just edit this post and add it. 😎
